I am sick and tired of having the interest changed on my account only to find a new similar product launched with a higher interest. In the past I have put in a new application each time to open the new account. Can they not just transfer the money at my request to the new account, or do I have to transfer the money to my nominated bank account each time and then into the new account. Losing interest on the way of course!

If you have opened a new, higher interest account online,it should be very simple to transfer into it,as i and others have done recently.Trawl back through the threads and you will find more info.0
