I am using FireFox and Panda does not support it!.
Try this link:

Visit ewido which is a anti trojan software it has a 14 day trial and there after it reverts to a restricted product which a number of other members use.
Download it and update it straight away. http://www.ewido.net/en/
Update your anti virus software - AVG is alright as is avast.
Download a fire wall there are several about, this is down to choice but I have used Syagte free or KERIO
Once you have these products restart your computer in safe mode, reboot and tap F8 after bios has loaded, and run the updated ewido and anti virus software and clean every thing it finds.
Once happy that you are clean reboot into normal mode and install your firewall. Flush your system restore points and make sure your system software is up to date along with your chosen browser.
You may wish to consider the installation of other security related products for the removal of spyware/malware and riskware removal eg, Adaware , Spybot or Microsofts Anti spyware
For peace of mind try a couple on online scanners,
Internet Exploerer friendly include, Kaspersky Beta or Bitdefender free online scan
Firefox friendly is Trend
hope this helps.0
