thanks0 -
the website is https://www.financial-ombudsman.co.uk and telephone number (9am to 5pm) is 0207 964 0500. They are contacting NW to advise them of our complaint and sending us a complaint form to complete and return. NW then have 8 wks to resolve this however is we are not satisfied it goes to the FO. The FO will ask you how you want your complaint to be resolved, and you will need to give them as much info as you can. Good Luck with this, and keep us posted!Debt at Sept 2006 £63,500:eek:
