Virus removal

Hi,
I have Avg as my antivirus.It detects and heals a particular virus everytime I turn on the pc. I have tried to dlete it in safe mode but it keeps coming up.I wonder if someone could help me.This is the virus id Trojan horse Downloader.Generic6.AEPH.

Unfortunately when I booted my pc this morning same virus is infecting my pc.
