Hi
I bought a 32" LCD Sony Bravia. I was thinking of getting the 40" but thought that it might be too large for my room.
I am now of the opinion that I would really like the 40", I bought the TV back in August. What are the chances of Currys upgrading and I pay the difference for the 40"?
Anyone done this before or have any other brighter ideas on how to exchange?
Although it's naughty - Could I just say that it's faulty?
Thanks in advance.

You haven't got a hope. You'll just have to do what the rest of us do when we make wrong choices........put up with it.
It's not as easy as just saying it's faulty.......they wouldn't accept it back just on your say so......they'd send out an engineer first to check the fault and when they couldn't find one....they'd send you a the bill for a wasted call out.
Edit: Just read your other post. Buy yourself a new 40"!
I have taken £50K and put them into premium bonds. Now I know I could make better money elsewhere but, I wanted to put the money somewhere I know and trust and take a chance for a year or so. I have done quite well and usually make around 150 per month - I KNOW I COULD MAKE MORE IN HIGH INTEREST but as I say I will take a gamble for a year or so.
Anyway, I plan to buy some flats to rent next year, and put down a 10K deposit on each. What are the benefits of registering a company and puting the flats against the company. I also need to buy a car etc, would there be any tax relief to but it for the company. In addition, how would this affect my salary, I earn about 34K p/a.0 -
Suppose I deserved your editied post given what I had written in my previous post. Thing is, although it is a lot of money I also have a responsibility of what I do with it as it's not all mine.
Thanks for the 1st part to your post it was useful0
