Home Phone Supplier - Not Bt

I had a bt landline untill 2 weeks ago, when they discounected me from there end for not paying the bill.
I have a agreement for repaying the bill.
But they will not reconect me till the bill is completely cleared.
Is there another provider i can use, rent the line from another provider - so it has nothing to do with bt at all.
I know i can get broadband, calls etc from other companys, but can i rent the line from other companys?
Any help will be great news, thanks

Doubt if another landline supplier will take it on until you have cleared bill.

If your in a cable area you could try Virgin Media.

Both they and a new phone supplier will normally do a credit check.

BT might not let someone else take over the line until you clear the debt.

head over to samknows.com and see what other companies service your area though.
They say it's genetic, they say he can't help it, they say you can catch it - but sometimes you're born with it
