oh toto...hope everything is ok.....
Not been on till now as had an interview this morning. Really liked the job and the people but just not sure I should take this one any further. Quite a lot of responsibility and although I will be supervised...dealing with finances aint my strong point
Still, I cant be choosy at the moment...and if they dont think I am up to it...they wont hire me.
Missed a call from Sainsburys earlier so dont know if they were phoning to tell me i was unsuccessful or not.
Did a mystery shop earlier but totally blew it by going out and blowing £16 on books as I was in town a bit early. I guess the interview was playing on my mind...I always seem to spend money when my mind is else where
Still, one of the books I got is absolutely hilarious and am just going to go and have a bath and read some more before I get back to comp to do some paperwork. Book is called Then we Came to The End by Joshua Ferris (From the sticker on the front, looks like was one on Richard & Judy's Book club.)DFW 228 LONG H 68

Not a blaze of glory at all, but emphasising your moral stance.
Just means you have more time to go to MSE meets (;)) and to America and to see each other. You'll find more work - no worries.

Yeah there's plenty more work/bands/labels out there. I just feel really hurt, and the crazy bit is, I get ripped off like you wouldn't believe but the label still expect me to work for them... um, yeah, in another lifetime.:A

Sorry to hear powers that be are being rotten Toto, are you a musician? I've always been curious as when I read your posts about travelling and labels and Brits and things I think hmmm? What does Toto do?
what you are saying is making me think about a book I read called 'Air Babylon', 24hrs in the Airline Industry; all the crazy stories together as if it happened in 24hrs. Maybe a place for a Label Babylon; exposing the tricks and wheelings and dealings of the music industry....?LBM : August 2007my debts: less than this time last year....!DFW Nerd Club #706I'm Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts
