it seems pretty reasonable for the money, only slight concern would be integrated graphics.
Ever stop to think and forget to start again?

It means the graphics is built into the motherboard; most people go out and buy a separate graphics card because the graphics are much better than onboard graphics.
It also takes the strain off the Cpu

If you don't play games or do any graphics intensive work then integrated graphics isn't that big a concern - it does not make Windows graphics look better! You can always install your own graphics card afterwards should your needs change (obviously you would have to factor in the price of this option).

No, you will still notice a difference.

You might notice the lack of RAM.

Not much. If it has 1GB or RAM it shouldnt be a problem. Just means your p.c will boot with more RAM used than a system with non-onboard GPU.

It won't be just games that eat up the RAM. However, 1gb (1024mb) of RAM is more than enough for using Windows, and any applications within it. I doubt you'll ever use more than 300-400mb when using Windows. It's when you play games (Battlefield 2 is a good example) where you'll maybe want 1.5gb+ of RAM.
