Can I have an advice on what is my best option to pursue?
1. Take it with my Employer - They have breached my Contract of employment by unlawfully deducting money from my salary.
2. Take it with the lease company for breaching several UK Laws by paying an invoice (not parking fine) without even informing me, by disclosing my data to the bogus Private Parking Company and the following hassle, by imposing an excessive charge for what I see is putting a stamp on an envelope and sending it to me.

rila, they're not breaching several laws by paying an invoice, but aautomatically charging you for it seems contrary to your agreement with them. From the off they probably shouldn't have paid it just because it's unlikely to have went to court and if this car park is like the majority they'll have made misleading claims at one point or another along the way (Not to mention that their claim is with the driver not the registered keeper so the leasing company should have said "Nothing to do with us"). I'm also not sure they've disclosed your information to the Private Parking Company, the chain of events in my mind is that you parked, the company traced the car to its registered keeper, issued an invoice, this was paid, then the leasing company contacted your employer who passed the charge onto you, I don't see where, or why, they'd have passed your information onto the Private Parking Company.Bought, not Brought0

What has happened with your invoice? Have you raised the matter with the leasing company/your employers?0 -
I tought it is not worth it to upset the company for a £90, but I have rased the issue in order to avoid similar situations in the future.0
