iTouch, contacts and btinternet

I have an iTouch and would like to copy over my contacts and build a good contact system. This is not simple as I use btinternet as my address book and email system and cannot find a way to copy that address book in. Is there a way to cope my bt address book into outlook mail and then link them so that everytime i get a new email address it is added to outlook.

I do not want to use outlook as my main mail as i access it from many different computers and i think i cannot do that with outlook!?!

I have tried clicking on the import/export buttons in btinternet but it confused me when nothing appeared in outlook.

I also have some address in a hotmail account that i would like all in one place. Is this possible for a computer illiterate blond!

I am finally understanding what money can do for me!
