Reclaiming help desperately needed

Having decided to take the re-mortgage route to paying off my credit card debts it came to my attention that my partner had run up a whole load of other debts (approx £16k) resulting in several CCJs.
We are going to pay this off on the mortgage but these extra bad debts are for the likes of Next, Marks and Spencers + catalogues etc. There will be loads of late/missed payment charges and I was wondering whether we can use the same re-claiming method as credit cards for the store cards and catalogues ?
Hope somebody help shed a small ray on light on our depressing situation.

Can't do any harm to try . I know in other sections, there's discussions on the credit card charges, no reason why it shouldn't apply to store cards.
