PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This prize draw is open to everyone over the age of 13 except employees of Beckham Brand Limited and their relatives. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries are to be made via www.dvbstyle.com. This is a free prize draw. No purchase is necessary.
2. No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are lost, delayed, misdirected or corrupted during delivery to or from the promoter due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay or other reason whatsoever.
3. The promoter of this prize draw is Beckham Brand Limited, 33 Ransomes Dock, 35-37 Parkgate Road, London SW11 4NP, United Kingdom. The promoter’s decision in this prize draw is final.
3. There are ten (10) prizes each prize being one (1) pair of dVb resin bootcut jeans between 22” and 32” waist. The prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
4. The closing date for entries is midnight 4th February 2008 (UK time). The ten (10) winners will be chosen from the correct entries at random by the promoter within one (1) week from the closing date. The ten (10) winners will be notified by email within one (1) week of being chosen. If a winner is not available, their email address not functioning or they do not claim their prize within twenty-four (24) hours from being contacted, their prize will be forfeited and a new winner chosen.
5. By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms.
6. Any personal data provided on entry (such as names, email and postal addresses) will only be used to notify the winners and to deliver the prizes. The promoter will delete such personal data once the prize draw has been completed, the prizes delivered and any publicity run.
