Dishwashing

Not sure if this is on the right thread, or if it's been posted before.

I'm sure all you lot are probably virtuous sorts who wash all their dishes by hand. Nice to do them in a machine every so often, though, if only to sterilise them.

Has anyone else worked out that it only costs about a third as much to use dishwashing POWDER as it does to use tablets? And it can actually be QUICKER to use as some tablets have to be broken up to fit into the dispenser of smaller model dishwashers. But it can be really difficult to find the brand leader powders.........

    Erm yep the Arms is probably not the board you want..................UNLESS you want lots or innuendo about the dishwashing machine vibrating, jibes about scrubbing and get down and dirty, and quite frankly all round filth!

    There was a post on Old Style a few weeks ago about cutting tablets in half - does the job just as well!!
