Blue bar?

I used to have a blue bar at the top of the webpage which says the name of the website I was looking at and - Windows Internet Explorer.
It's disappeared - any idea how to get it back? At the bottom of the page I used to have tabs - they have gone too - I have taken the page off full screen (think I hit F11 by mistake) but again, they have disappeared.
Please help!

This happened to me the other day..i think i pressed f12 or f11 again to get it back.
If that doesn't work, i'm sorry i have no idea!0 -
