2for1 on American Airlines with Aviator dvd

If you buy the Aviator dvd (R2) it should come with a voucher for 241 tickets on American Airlines to the USA from the UK. You go to a website, type in the offer code on the voucher and call the number they give you. This seems to be the AA call centre in Ireland. They will then search for your dates and destinations and give you the ticket price.

I just booked 9 days in Miami at the end of November for £526 including all taxes for me and the wife. The exact same fare on the same flights through ebookers is currently £426 per person!

You can fly to New York (JFK), Boston, Miami, LA, San Franciso or Las Vegas. You must book by 13 July 05 and travel is for between 1 Nov 05 and 16 Dec 05 or 6 Jan 06 and 31 March 06.

I'm not sure if the voucher works for multiple bookings - when I called I just said I wanted to book flights using the Aviator offer. There doesn't seem to be a need to keep the voucher once the tickets are booked - it's not mentioned in the T&Cs on the voucher on on the website.

Oh and I didn't ask to see if I could book more than 2 tickets so don't know if this is possible.

Still, it seems like a very good offer to me - someone off the Dvd forums is going the San Francisco for £506-odd for two inclusive of all taxes in Nov/Dec.

Does this offer include Direct flights to Miami? The "Big Fish" 2 4 1 offer last year didn't and you had to go via New York.

Not as far as I know. But it will only cost you a phone call to find out...
My flights to Miami involve a change in NYC but, as mentioned above, it's little hassle as AA use JFK as their hub and the flights are into and out of Terminal 8 there. Also I think (and this is just my own personal experience) that immigration is much quicker at JFK.

I think they do fly direct but not sure if direct ones count in this offer. Its not out of the way and in fact you get better rewards for more flight segments

If I read this right, you would have been better off not going through the offer and saving £100?!

You mention it is a very good offer

I think if you read it again you will see the £526 is for him and his wife, whereas the ebookers price of £426 is per person. Therefore the saving is £326 for the two tickets.

Is 31st March 06 the last return date for flights or the last out bound date (want to fly to Vegas on 30 or 31 March 06 and fly back about 3 weeks later...

I think all flights have to be completed by the end of March. TBH flights will be reasonably cheap around then anyway, I would expect you to be able to get Vegas flights about them for £290 anyway inc taxes
