Long Tall Sally Good Clothes Bad Service

I hate to moan  but I have had a terrible week of emails from Long Tall Sally about their non delivery of a suit I ordered in their online sale. This was sadly not available at the one shop near me so I had to order online.
LTS state delivery will be within roughly 5 or 6 days. Two weeks after my card was charged I rang them to ask where my items were, they told me to email customer services which I duly did. To cut a long story short after going back and forth all of last week and being told to call Royal Mail, the shipping department of LTS, Parcelforce, wait till this Friday etc. etc. I finally found out today after talking to a nice man at Parcelforce, that LTS had mixed up my billing address and shipping address and sent my items to my house, which remains empty most of the day as I commute from Kent to London and Parcelforce had attempted delivery on numerous occasions although strangely never left a card.
I have had to pay a fee to Parcelforce to deliver to my mothers house as they can't deliver it now to my work address from the current depot its at and I won't be staying home for the day until Saturday and Pforce won't deliver then unless I pay £12 !!
I have emailed LTS to tell them what has happened and ask for reimbursement of the money I have had to pay parcelforce. But really how hard is it to send it to the right address, they even sent me my email of order confirmation with the correct details on it. AAAH!

Haha thanks! Most shocking thing is, that number that I rang is the customer services number given on their website!0 -
I just received a response from them, a lovely blank email. I can't believe anyone can be so incompetent so they must have done it on purpose.0

I read the title and thought .. oh look MSE is breaking new barriers and allowing vents about the service offered by a tallish ladiy of the night

I'm really surprised about this, I've ordered many things from LTS online and have only ever had fantastic service. I hope you get this sorted out, it does seem unfair that you should be out of pocket for their mistake.0

It took me 15 minutes on hold to get through on the phone but I finally did and they said they would refund me the money I had to pay Parcelforce. Apparently the error was because my order was put through manually. They didn't apologise though which I would have liked, it has taken a lot of time to sort this out.
Oh well, it's not like I can boycott them as the suits are the only that fit me!0
