Customer survey phone call from ING Direct

Options
I was phoned this afternoon by someone from ING wanting to ask me "a few questions" about my dealings with them. The few questions took about 10 minutes, and were mostly rating various experiences on a scale from extremely good to extremely poor. I mentioned their interest rate shortcomings several times!

I thought nothing of it at the time, just that they want to offer me a mortgage or something, but now I'm wondering whether they have been having negative feedback and are panicing a bit. It will be interesting to see what they do next.
:D I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe :D

I had one of these back in November and I took great pleasure in giving them my reasons why I moved 99.9% of my cash from them to Icesave, many of the questions discussed what it would take for me to save with them again. From the remarks of the ING 'agent' my comments were the same as many others he had spoken with!:D

Well, I suspect the employee concerned is probably now off sick with "work related stress" as he/she will undoubtedly have received the same comments from everybody they questioned. But until the bank's directors start getting their hands dirty at the coalface and talking direct to their customers, I doubt whether things will change.

I hope it's referral vouchers this time, rather than a short-term bonus on the interest rate, because after bagging £50 last year I kept my account open (with a £1 balance). :)
