We have a good HomeBargains in Huyton (Liverpool). Also in our small shopping centre, we have Poundstretcher and B&M Bargains - all open on a Sunday for a few hours. Much more sensible time to go shopping - you can take your time and the shelves are very often getting re-stocked as the shop is so quiet - so you get to properly see what is on offer. All these shops are full of ordinary bargains - but some of them even had 'special reductions' as well which were fabulous - socks, undies and pj's for grandchildren stocked up!:j
.
The one in Huyton is fab, have you been to the new one yet by TJ's off London Road where Taylors used to be? Its absolutely brilliant!0 -
I love HomeBargains aka Quality Save! I buy all my freezer bags in there. Their pour and store soup and sauce bags are half the price of Lakeland!
There's loads of them here in Manchester
What does the box look like for the store soup and sauce bags please? I couldn't see any when I looked the other day. I'd like to try them.
There only seemed to be run-of-the-mill freezer bags/cling film and foil.:wave:0 -
They come in a blue rectangular box and are kept with the freezer bags and foil tray thingies.0
