madasafish

Is madasafish up the creek? I tired to connect and was told the server was out of order. Tried to email and was told the email was rejected. Anyone have any ideas?

    Yes it is, is what i say, I havent been able to connect since last wednesday.
    Everyday since that day i been in constant contact and nothing been resolved.
    Im even resorted to tech forums to seek a solution as MAAF tech guys are clueless. Had a convo today, and it was like i was back at square one.
    Check my other posting and see what i have to contend with, then prepere yourself.
  • Madasafish were bought by BT not that long ago and are currently being integrated into the network of BT's other new acquisition - Plusnet, not sure if they are doing something or not, they shouldn't have done anything that would cause the entire network to go offline. Will see if I can find out and let you guys know!
  • Right quick update: if your not getting the website its due to Plusnet moving it over to their IP addresses which can take 2 days for the worlds DNS databases to update as for not being able to connect all plusnets systems are up and running (I'm connected to it as we speak! It might just be down to DNS updates. You might want to try plusnets support but I'm not sure if all of madasafish systems have transferred to plusnet but anyway the number for them is: 0114 296 5198 or 0845 140 0200

    They started this on Wednesday of last week, I its now Monday.
    I have been in long convos with MAAF tech guys 3 times today and they asure me that everything on there servers are working correctly.
    I can access Plusnet fron page no problem, I just cant access madasafish, webmail or my own website through IE. If that was the case that DNS databases around the world have not yet caught up, then why is there no annoucement on MAAF site and all the techs i spoken too, including supervisors have not made this made this known to me or even suggested that this may be the problem.
    And have a tech phone me up and repeat the same thing time and time again is quite frankly boring and wasting my time.
