boiler advice please

Hi , We have moved into a house with a condensing boiler , the only control i have over the C/H is on the knob on the boiler ,(not very accessable) or the valves on the rads ,
There is no thermostats on the walls , or no programmer ,
I have been searching online for a programmer , but there is so many differant products ,
Can anybody advise me of a suitable product that would give me a bit more control over the system please , would ideally prefer to programme it to come on/off at certain times , and have H/W on constantly ,
Also how easy are they to fit , is it an expensive job ,

Boiler is IDEAL EVO HE 22
Big thanks in advance
