Water collecting at side of house

In October last year we had our drive, patio and side of house all block paved by a local company. They did a great job and up until the last week I was very happy. As a result of the heavy rainfall I only noticed last week that at the side of the house the path appears to flooded and after closer inspection looks as if it was not laid evenly hence the path is on an incline into the house and that is where the water collects. I have contacted the pavers and they have said they will send someone around but no idea when.
Does anyone know what they can do to rectify the problem ? I was thinking they may have to up the pathway and flatten it all out and start again , would that be right ?
Any ideas please ?
Forgot yo say in the meantime everytime it rains, I have been out there afterwards sweeping away the excess water in the drain at the back .

Hard to tell without seeing it.
What comes to mind is lower the high bit or raise the low bit.I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.0 -
yes to rectify a problem like that, the affected area should be lifted and the base layer adjusted to slope away from your house or towards a drain.
should be fairly painless though i would have thought.
thats one advantage off block paving.
imagine if it was tarmac, you could end up with a patchwork path/drivePlease note, we've had to remove your signature because it was sh*te!0
