My friend has some games, I have others. To be able to borrow them is this what I need. An R4 and 2gb card please?

In theory yes. But if you are copying games you will be breaking the law and that cannot be discussed here.
You can't just copy games, like you could do with a CD or DVD. You would have to know where to get the games as I've said that can't be discussed here.0 -
