I've had 2 LTSB credit cards in the last few years (used for stoozing). One was a createcard and the other (which I still have) is a Advance card. They are fine for BTs but don't use the Advance card for any purchases because there is NO interest free period on it at all ... not even the normal 40 to 50 days i.e. you start paying interest from the date of your purchase so even if you clear the card by the next due date you will still pay interest on purchases.

The following relates to the (Lloyds)TSB card...

I believe BT's are fee-free for the first 6 weeks only.

Without a LloydsTSB current account you can't service the card online.

Your offer is for their standard 6 months duration. There are other fee-free 9 month cards around eg IF, Natwest, M&S, Virgin, etc.
