Item not as described on Ebay

Can you tell us what the item number is please?

I've just had a look at completed items, but can't find a bureau which was sold at the price you've mentioned

It looks like the same item to me to be honest - as a previous poster says, there are some distinctive marks in the grain of the wood which would be hard to replicate. I can't see why they would have altered the bureau once you had bought it, so I think it does come down to the lighting, background and possibly camera in terms of the differences between the two. As such, I would think maybe if you offered to split the costs they might be inclined to meet you halfway?

Looks the same to me, the pattern on the 2nd drawer looks the same.

If you claim thorugh paypal for not as described you will have to stump up return costs so you would be wiser to come to an agreement with the seller.
Bit of a pain when it is not your fault and the reason I dont buy exspensive items off Ebay.
