Hello
We are having some problems with our neighbours.. Environmental health have been notified... How can i find out the land lords details to contact him direct? the housing association we thought they lived under handed it back to the land lord in May 07... they dont have his details.. Called the council and they still have the house listed as the housing association!!! FRUSTRATING!!!
So how can i find out who owns this house?

lol dealing with oxford county council is like getting blood out a stone... have you tried the land registry? you'll have to pay £3 or something.
Have you talked to the neighbours?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
do a land regsitry search, costs a couple of quid, instant result, search land registry online in googleFor everthing else there's mastercard.
For clampers there's Barclaycard.0 -

Not sure, probably an address, if not a contact number.
I'd go and TRY to speak to one of the neighbours, and if they can't speak English (The posters in Natwest on Cowley Rd are actually in Polish!!), then write them an official looking letter asking them whatever it is you have the problem with!
I would suggest going to the CAB, but book an appointment at the Oxford one (if you can) because you'll end up waiting for ages otherwise.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')

What are they doing to annoy you?
I think the landlord will probably say "am i boverd", Unless they are trashing the house, or not paying the rent!0 -
