best of luck, glad i could be of help. another version is choc shortbread, you just remove 2 teaspons flour and replave with 2 teaspoons cocoa powder. there lovely too.0

Clicked on your link squeaky; thought me and the kids could rustle up a batch. Never heard of ground rice though, would I find that in the same isle as flour? I've made shortbread before but never come across the ground rice.
Also, anyone here made millionaire tart (think that's what it's called), has a shortbread base and unbelievably sweet topping, (some sort of caramel type stuff and chocolate) we all love it but it'd be more fun to make it rather than buy0 -
Ground rice will probably be in the flour or home cooking section. never made it but i understand its got condensed milk in it.(also known as caramel slice where i live!) my son loves it so i would'nt mind having a go at making it tooDo what you love :happyhear0 -
