Hi, I wondered if anyone could reccomend a good reliable (good value) conveyencer in the northamptonshire area? We have had a nightmare with firms before!

We used Shoosmiths in Northampton in 2004, and friends used them last year. Excellent communication throughout.0

Hi, sold and bought in Feb/Jun 2007, used Tollers in Castillian Street. They were pretty good, always quickly answered my many queries and price was comparable with the sols the Agents recommended.0

My advice would be never use the agents recommended legal team.
I would thoroughly reccommend T.S. Edwards they are in Newport South Wales and Stephen Neal has done all our conveyancing, everything can be done over the phone or through the post, perhaps you might find out if there are any recommendations within the family.
Remember cheaper isn't always better, conveyancing can be aminefield , particularly where the searches are involved.0
