Defensive Driving Courses in Edinburgh/Lothians regions

Does anyone know of organisations running defensive driving courses in the Edinburgh/Lothians region? I'm thinking of buying the missus one for her birthday, as she could do with some - ahem - "development" in areas of hazard perception, anticipation, etc. and generally protecting herself against the idiots who seem to flood the roads.
Can anyone recommend one to me?

Defensive driving will not help her.
You need to build her confidence so get her to either the IAM or RoADA0 -
My local IAM group which comprises a 1-2 hour drive and assessment of your skills, it usually costs £25 but will be a good starting point so she can decide whether the IAM is the right one for her, details here: http://www.iam.org.uk/eshop/membershipshop/drivecheck.htm
For what it's worth, I really enjoyed my IAM driving course and would recommend it to everyone, it's a huge confidence boost especially on unfamiliar types of roads - find your local group0 -
yup IAM for sure. maybe need to get out the city for a bit to clock up some miles?
thats assuming she's a newish driver0
