a complete newbie to SBT

ok i have a loan for bout 4700 now but overall payment is another 900 ontop(which i don't wanna pay) ruffly. what was the card that had an 18 month SBT and can i use it to pay of the loan, i want to transfer 3500 over and can pay this of in 18 months quite easily so if anyone can help please do

There has never been a card that offered 18 months SBT. For about 1 week CapitalOne offered a card that had an introductory offer of 0% for 18 months for BTs from other credit cards - not SBTs. It is no longer available.
If you want to pay off your loan you could look at a Virgin card which gives 9 months 0% SBT and then get another card after that to BT from Virgin. However, check the Ts & Cs of your loan. Is it flexible enough to let you pay it off early ?
