Firm bankrupt but I paid on my credit card

Can anyone help with some advice ....

I bought a gym membership on my credi card (Goildfish) last summer around (£200) and a couple of weeks later the gym closed and last week the owner went bankrupt. I realise I'm bottom of the list when it comes to handing out the cash from the business but seem to recall hearing you could get the cash back off the credit card company. Have I been dreaming or is this right? If so, what is the process you follow to try to get the cash back ...

    Yes, you can..

    Contact your credit card company, explain what happened and tell them you want a refund under [SIZE=-1]section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974
