Wedding Photographs

There are several companies out there who will produce books from your photos, be sure that you have the right to both modify and reproduce your photos in writing from your photographer before you do though.
Also consider the longevety of the printed page. unlike the proper photo albums produced by the pros, where your prints will be proper photos mounted or bonded to a card page, the likes of bobsbooks, photobox, snapfish, etc will all use inkjet to print directly onto thin paper page.
Whilst you may get an album printed edge to edge the colour accuracy and fade resistance of these images and the books resiliance to page turning will be nothing like a 'pro produced album.
I did one as an experiment recently using the same images in roughly the same layout as I have in one of my proof books. it cost me £50 (as opposed to £400) and within 1 month, stored flat, the pages all have a wobble to them and the binding is starting to fail.
With the 2 side by side I would say the £400 is worth saving for. IMHO
Hiring a wedding photographer? Remember to check out their samples and previous work before you book !
