Blocking Websites

Morning all.
I have a 5 year old son who loves to play on the internet. unfortunatly he likes to wonder away from his harmless games websites and on to more extreme game sites that have a lot of blood and guts etc I think it comes from Miniclip, with its endless links. does anyone know if there is a way to block certain sites or links?

also there is an offshoot of opendns that filters out the undesirable sites. just have a look around their web page and opendns is also freeGOOGLE it before you ask, you'll often save yourself a lot of time.
