Airport Lounges - Auckland and LAX

Hi,

I am currently travelling in NZ and in March will be heading back to the UK.

I have long stop-overs in Auckland and in LAX and am considering booking lounges at one or both of the aiports. I am flying with Qantas/BA but believe their lounges are only for first/bus class travellers?

Does anybody know of any good lounges in either airport that arent too expensive and have showers with included food/drink?

When Egg had their 75% discount offer I stayed at the Continental lounge at LAX.

Very quiet and relaxing. Did not have a shower and the time is limited to 3 hours before the flight.

Be aware of which terminal you'll be departing from and where a suitable lounge is.

You can get into Los Angeles fairly quickly and have a look around if you have a long time at LAX.
We caught the city bus and spend about 3 hours on\around Muscle beach
