Plumber help...Shower Advice

I am currently having lots of work done to my house and will be getting a new bathroom installed this week.
My query is basically this, I have bought a thermostatic shower (hansgrohe raindance) and it states on the literature that it will take up to 3 bar of pressure.
I would like to convert the shower to a power shower, do I just buy a pump and will it still run off the new combi boiler or does it run off its own source?
Hope this makes sense and any help would be gfratefully appreciated.

i believe you can't run a power shower from a combi boiler, i was warned about this when we had an eco7 tank replaced with a combi.0

Those are my principles. If you don't like them, I have others.
I have writer's block - I can't begin to tell you about it.
You told me again you preferred handsome men but for me you would make an exception.

isn't one advantage of a combi that you can run a thermostatic valve type shower straight from it? providing you have half decent mains pressure and combi.
this is what i plan to do later this year and the combi will be spec'd accordingly. Please note, we've had to remove your signature because it was sh*te!0 -
i got one of the thermostatic showers from screwfix, http://www.screwfix.com/prods/91420/Bathrooms/Showers/Mixer-Showers/Thermostatic/Thermostatic-Dual-Control-Shower-Fixed-Kit
works great and doesn't need a pump.0 -
you can't fit a pump on a combi boiler system, it can only be piped up to the combi and hope you have enough pressure to run it.14.05.2015 22106.60
