Agghhh cheque stubs not filled in

Options
If you have a joint account with someone and notice some cheque stubs have not been filled in, will the bank be able or willing to tell you?
Noticed some blank cheque stubs. Managed to find out the amount on bank statement but it only gives cheque number and not who it was paid to.
Not great deal involved, just curious to know. ;)

They would charge you for retrieving the cheques. If you trust the other person probably not worth paying.

It doesn't say on the website so you are supposed to ask at any branch or call the number on your statement summary sheet.

Given that they charge £5 for a copy of a statement (which must be extremely easy to produce), it will be more than that for each cheque.

Do you always fill in the cheque stubs? Can the other account holder tell you (given that you would like to be able to keep an eye on the finances)?

I very rarely use cheques but yeah do fill in the stub when I do. Was just filling one in today when I noticed the blank stubs, hence my query after checking our statement online him saying he cant remember what they for .

Wake up call for individual accounts me thinks
