Has anyone out there used an online Estate Agent? Im thinking of using WOW which charge £900. They advertise on Rightmove and Primelocation and we thought we would give them a go. Any pitfalls to this ? also we are going to put own ads in local shops.

Yes, I used housenetwork mentioned above. £500 - house sold in 4 days. We paid an extra £15 for a board which was well worth it.
Would never use a high street EA again - and the EAs we were forced to deal with when buying were extremely anxious when we told them how easy, quick and cheap it had been to sell our house on-line. And so they should be!
Good luck! You'll never see a rainbow if you don't first put up with the rain . . . :happylove0 -
Good morning: Yes... 3 times with Housenetwork. Many posts/threads on MSE about relative merits.
