the same happened to my mum today, she really wanted the hand cream too this time of the year

Nope and I didn't order anything expensive. It did take 3 days to change last week, then changed after the items arrived! Lol

Ordered a Creative MP3 player, but this got cancelled which was part of the same order, but not too bothered about it.

My other order is still being processed.

I previously used one a couple of weeks ago with no problem in Manchester Arndale Branch. I thought I'd try and get another shade last evening in the Trafford Centre Store. I got two tan wipes, the highlighter and some other bits. The SA was reallly snotty and said she'd have to go and ask the No 7 lady if it would work (she didn't even try). She came back and said as they were reduced it wouldn't work!!! I wouldn't mind but they didn't even actually have reduced stickers on. One of the nicer SA's said loads of people had been in on the Saturday and bought tan wipes and got free highlighters and they had all been warned not to allow people to do it. I politely told her I wouldn't bother! In the hassle I forgot to use my advantagte card!!!!! I'll never make a true bootser!!!!!!! I then went to pictures to watch PS I love you and had a good cry - obviously not over the highlighter......LOL.

Even the scents of are 1/2 off, according to the SA. They were not marked on the shelf and I asked her to scan one since I saw one online for 75% off, but she said there was no need since they were still 50% off.

i got 2 highlighters in 2 different boot's stores today by purchasing a face wipe for 50p in each shop without sales girl batting an eye lid, try looking for the No7 face wipe on the discount/sale shelves they often have a couple of sale shelves in the big boot's stores, so have a good rumage around till you find one like i did so in effect i have got nearly £22 of make up for a quid thanks to who ever put this great frebbie thread on I'm well happy as it's really nice make up that i cant really afford :j
