Reading your post prompted me to find out status of my order which is still being processed. My last order didn't take this long to process so I can assume I won't be getting parts of my order then.

I went into a small Boots today and thought I'll just check if there's any Time Delay hand cream left before I spend £5 to get my £5 off skincare voucher.

There was, so I topped up my phone, then went back to get the hand cream only to be told by the girl on the till that it's only for facial skincare (which it does actually say on the till spit) and she wouldn't accept it! :mad:

I even tried another SA but they've obviously all been told the same thing - boo hoo! And guess what, they didn't have any wipes or cleanser on the shelf - pity you can't get refunds on phone top ups!

Hi, has anyone managed to use the free highlighter voucher today against a reduced wipe. I was pounced upon by the No7 lady today who said that I was not allowed to purchase that and use a voucher (I hadn't even finished shopping or produced a voucher) as head office had notified everyone and the till would not work anyway, I was very embarrased so put my shopping down and left the shop.
Oh well tomorrow is another Boots and another try :-)

Hi all - just finished reading through the previous posts - It's such a shame that some people feel that they are being 'ignored'.......I HONESTLY DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THIS IS DONE ON PURPOSE - It's just the quick pace of the thread means that someones questions are just 'overlooked' - I believe that everyone on the Boots Forum would answer any questions - if they knew the answers to them!!............

COME ON 'BOOTSERS' - WE ALL LOVE A BARGAIN - SOME HAVE BETTER LUCK WITH THEM THAN OTHERS - BUT I BELIEVE WE HAVE ALL BENEFITTED HUGELY thanks to this thread......

Keep up the good work Crazyposhgal - and I say a BIG 'THANK YOU' to all those that actually tell us all about the glitches/saving etc !!XX

I used the highlighter voucher yesterday with what I thought was a reduced item (am sure it was in the reduced items box) - it wasn't a wipe though (was a sunless tanning kit £3) and it went through no problem. Am going to a different Boots tomorrow and if they have the wipes there will try with them.

I bought 2 x wipes @ 37p each & a highlighter. used coupon & paid 37p in total.

SA didnt bat an eyelid but i id pay on the phot & pharmacy counters.

Heard N07 lady moaning to store manager about people getting highlighter with sale item- infact she was spitting feathers, made me chuckle.

I heard someone ask N07 lady if she could get highlighter with sale items, answer was no. Customer said Ive had an e-mail from MSE & it says it does work, didnt stop around for the outcome.

Was it anyone on here? Dark haired lady with a friend & she had a baby in a push chair. 4 seasons store

You can use the Google toolbar auto fill forms option or if you are using the Firefox browser there is an extension/add-on to download called Autofill Forms.
With both of these you can save your details on your computer, including credit card details and fill in forms with a click or two. If you use a particular website frequently such as boots.com you can even create a custom template especially for that site which makes it even faster to load your details.

Can someone tell me if it's ok to post links in the forum please? Meanwhile if you do a Google for "autofill forms" you should find some links for both the Google toolbar option and the Firefox extension with information on how to use them.
