Not happy with this I phoned C/S and they said that they should be in the sale, and they gave me 10,000 points.

Cambridge store had loads of toys with the green stickers, so if you have seen it on-line and it's in the store for full price....COMPLAIN!

    10,000 ?? WOW That's £100 worth of points!!

I dont think it really helps if people spend all day on .com saying how many of everything is left. Whenever I go on there is nothing and I really want the Badger Balm set for a pressie for my sis. I spoke to them yesterday and they say they are expecting stock. When or are they all gone? Perhaps everyone can go one.com, shop and then leave so we all get a chance. I also ordered the Dino set last week for my order to be cancelled and it appeared again today. Sorry for the rant!!

If you go to My Account and scroll down the page, on the left there is a box called Payment Details and there is a button to edit. You can then add payment card details (or in my case, you can't, as it won't recognise my security number ???).

I just phoned to see if I could do this manually as I can't get it to work for me, to be told that they no longer offer this service as it's safer for customers to NOT save their card details. I moaned about how long it takes to type everything in and how stuff goes out of stock while I'm doing it, not to mention the things that later get cancelled - chap was very apologetic but that was it. I did an order this morning but have had no email confirmation, so I asked him to check it. He said it's being picked so 'should' be ok. Hmmmm, am a bit worried about that one now.

I doubt there will be much left. Its stressful enough fighting at the online basket for 75% off, lol.

Does anyone know how to get around having to keep entering card details and billing address at the checkout - I'm sure this is when all bargains fly out.
The Firefox browser and the free Google toolbar both have autofill options for filling in forms automatically which should save a bit of time when checking out. You just fill out a template with all your details, save it and use as required. Might come in handy for next years 75% online sale. ;)

Thanks for that, I've done it in the past with Google but find the Boots site works better through Firefox - any idea how I'd find the autofill bit on Firefox please? I lost the 55pce tea set this morning through taking so long to checkout :(

It's a Firefox add-on that you can download called Autofill Forms.
Not sure if I'm allowed to post links in the forum so I won't, but I will PM it to you.
