Did anyone manage to getthe badger balm set? I really wanted one for my sister,s birthday next week. I will pay postage. Also I noticed the ELC Dino set. I ordered this on the 9th and was told yesterday it had not arrived because it was out of stock??? I also complained that 4 f my parcels were left out in the pouring rain and got 20% off my order. That was worth \£13.00 so ok. Maybe I had better get up at 5.00 tommorow aswell.

anyone having problems logging on to the boots.com site?
put my password in which I know is correct and it just takes me to the home page and i am still not logged in.
Perhaps I will reboot.

I went to Boots in Cambridge yesterday, and tried to get a volcano kit for my daughter as I missed out on-line. They had them on the shelves, with the green parcel on. When I got to the till the came up at £6.00. The SA went to speak to the manager as I said the were in the sale last week and on-line today with 75% off. The manager said they had been taken out of the sale because they are going to continue to sell this range all year. Not happy with this I phoned C/S and they said that they should be in the sale, and they gave me 1,000 points.
Cambridge store had loads of toys with the green stickers, so if you have seen it on-line and it's in the store for full price....COMPLAIN!

If you go to My Account and scroll down the page, on the left there is a box called Payment Details and there is a button to edit. You can then add payment card details (or in my case, you can't, as it won't recognise my security number ???).

Does anyone know if I can return face cream to Boots if it is still sealed but I can't find receipt??
I got it as a gift for Nana, but decided against it - but I'm scared to try and take it back!

Haha! I'll have to remember that one for next time!!

I always start to suffer from anxiety when a queue builds up behind me, especially if everyone seems to be huffing and puffing!!

I've had this problem lots over the past few days. Leave it for a bit and keep trying now and again - it should work eventually. I think it's just that the site can't cope when it's busy.

Hi just a quick question :- does anyone know if/when the tills stop giving out the £5 voucher?? I haven't spent much in boots for a while so don't know if they are still giving out the till vouchers??......would be grateful for any help - thanks!!XX
