daviedude, your receipt should look something like this if the voucher worked:
***SAVE FACIAL VOUCHER***
eye cream 11.79
Skn Vch Till UK Rd .00
SAVING 5.00 NOW 6.79
If not call CS, as I am 99% sure that range is included in the offer. HTH:D
It doesn't say that. I've been charged full price. Everything else I bought, plus the £11.79 comes to the total charged.
I'll phone CS tomorrow. Hope they're friendly. I hate doing stuff like that

I have found CS to be really helpful. Because you have paid full price and lost your £5 vouchers. I am sure they can sort it our and compensate you.
They need to make it clear what constiutes FACIAL skincare. I have been refused items that I felt could be facial. e.g Body polisher is OK but body cream isnt??

In the Birmingham City Centre Boots, they have the no 7 GWP, but thats at £6 , I think that was steep when other people can get it for £1MiasMommy0

Wow, I want one of the last GWP, I like collecting some of each XD~*Cerenia*~

I got the GWP for £1.26 it does seem strange that there is such a difference in prices? Mind you they had three shelves of them so maybe it depends on how much stock they have left per store.
Am I the only person who thinks all this adding one or two items at a time is taking the mickey? If you want to place an order for something you have to order it as a single item or it disappears out of stock and we are having to pay postage each time, seems abit of swindle. They should at least save a number of items up at a time.0 -
Same here! We must get quicker!moneysaver12 wrote: »dora tent there again, wanted the toy story guns but wasn't quick enough0
