Can one of you more knowledgable Boots shoppers please give me some advice?

I got one of the skincare vouchers so decided to treat my g/f with it. Went to Boots today, even asked one of the SA for some help. Got L'oreal Dermo Expertise Age Perfect eye cream as she said these were included in the offer.

Bought some other stuff too. When I got home I noticed the voucher had been scanned but hadn't reduced the price.

Does anyone know if this should have worked?

It's not that I don't mind paying the full price for the OH but I hate getting ripped off.

Well done, you are so lucky. I live in Liverpool and haven't see any. Dont mind paying full price (But wont buy off ebay and pay postage too)

I only managed to get one when they were gwp. If anyone in the Merseyside area knows where any are available, can you please post here, I would love another. Thanks.

Ended up with loads of highlighters which I will never get through, and none of the gwp when I use all the products in the bag s* ds law:mad:

If the SA scanned the voucher, the till should've taken £5 0ff the total. What does it say on your reciept?

It says 11.79 for the cream, underneath that it says: "Skn Vch Till UK Rd" then ".00", so nothing was taken off.

I'm wondering if this cream was included in the offer?

Check your bill again. It will show the item as full price, but further down it will show a saving of £x.xx -£x.xx
and
skn vch till uk ltd 00.

Have a look for a black highllighted line like this***Save Facial voucher****
Boots receipts are not the clearest bill in the world.

is any body else heading to boots tomorrow? i think its 90 % off tomorrow? can anybody else confirm this? im sure it was a week after the 75 % sale in the summer

daviedude, your receipt should look something like this if the voucher worked:

***SAVE FACIAL VOUCHER***

eye cream 11.79

Skn Vch Till UK Rd .00
SAVING 5.00 NOW 6.79

If not call CS, as I am 99% sure that range is included in the offer. HTH:D
