Did anyone find any 90% sale stuff not on the clearance shelves (elsewhere in stores)?

I was too busy grabbing stuff and then carry loads of bags out of the store to check. :D

Me too. I was too busy looking for stuff to get with my last skincare vouchers. I completely forgot to look elsewhere for sale items.

  • Hi Folks well done with all your bargains today!!:D I was stuck in as ds is off school again with this bug:( Oh by the way Sally06 i have nominated you for post of the month;) I was also wanting to ask a wee favour i did post this about a week ago but it got burried under all the sale excitement:D
Has anyone bought one of the Ted Baker sts with the alarm clock in it and realised that the clock isn't of much use to them? I would be really grateful if this is the case! My brothers clock for working away from home has packed in and the size of the 1 in the set is perfect to fit in his toiletry bag(Mens Boots Botanics of course!!;) )he works 12hr shifts and struggles without a clock!!(h needs to try being a parent eh?)I have tried all the Boots up my way with no luck they have been oos here since the 75% started! I will of course cover all costs involved! Even if someone has the whole set surplus to requirements i would be most grateful:) Sorry if this is not allowed :o
Has any of my fellow Aberdonians been into of our Boots's today? Is it worth me making a round trip 2morrow?:)
    TIA Lynne x

I forgot to mention this, and it's too late to use the £5 off coupon :o but I thought I'd mention this in case anyone likes Olay Definity.

I purchased the Olay Definity Intense Anti-Ageing Cream With SPF 15 as it came with a Free Gift worth £25. The free gift was a grey half moon shaped bag containing: 15ml of Olay Definity Intense Repairing anti-ageing serum, 15 ml of Olay Definity Night - deep nourishing anti-ageing night cream, 15 ml of Olay Definity Anti-ageing Cream with SPF 15, and for some reason, 30 ml of Pantene Time Renewal Shampoo, and 30 ml of Pantene Time Renewal Conditioner.

I'm not sure if this has been posted before, and I don't think it's exclusive to where I was shopping, so hope it helps someone.

The cardboard sleeve it was wrapped in said it was worth £25.

Olay regenesis also do a new GWP. I got one today, spotted just before store closed.

    I bought the serum @ £22.50. Used skincare voucher - £5.00 = £18.00
    Also AC voucher 300pts

Technically £15.00 + Lovely Gift bag full of goodies. I was well pleased, as I love this serum.

Do you have to find the GWPs and take them to the till with your purchase or does the SA point it out (not likely I know but I've never got a GWP before and not sure how it works).

hesjane, you usually have to find the GWP and take it to the till. If you are getting a GWP that goes through without a purchase then you have to choose your SA carefully. I try to pay at the pharmacy as they are less likely to know what offers are on with cosmetics;)

EDIT: It's best to buy a few bits and pieces when getting a GWP without a purchase, to disguise the glitch:)

Hi again Ladies and Gents here is a link to the Boots website for a competition to win a £1000 shopping spree and other prizes in association with J lo's new fragrance Deseo! Now wouldn't that be great!!http://www.boots.com/onlineexperience/flexible_template_2006.jsp?classificationid=1052167

Question is what does Deseo mean in english? My guess is Desire but i might be wrong:o Details of how to enter and links to terms and conditions on the page!!
    Good Luck:D

PS: I just went across to post this on the comps thread and it is already there so here is the link to it incase you aren't sure if you've entered already!!(I don't want anyone to be getting diqualified for double entries:o)

    Hi

Just wondering if anyone has had any luck getting the xmas box with the 5 mini perfumes in it (sorry can't remember the name of the box) in the Edinburgh area? It was £18 before xmas - I have read on here people have had them reduced.

They had them today in the Tollcross branch but still at £9 (50% off) They had taken them off the shelfs and had them downstairs as they had no space to display them  They are not going to sell down there are they? I wonder what else was down there???

I want one or two but not at that price!!
i bought it online but for £9, technically £11.95 with postage:rolleyes: im thinking about taking it back to boots (once it arrives:rotfl: ) because it was very much an impulse buy but begrudge having paid £2.95 for nothing!!!
