Screen Select DVD Online rental

I am absolutely fuming. I received an email from Screen Select offering me 2 months for the price of 1 if I reactivated my account. I did this and they took £14.99 from my bank account and said that my next billing date was 30th July! (not August as I had expected). I emailed them to query this and they said that I should have used the email link to get the offer. I did do this and have emailed them again. I have a nasty feeling that I am going to be ripped off here.

Yes, I received that one too so from your experience it would appear that I was fortunate in choosing the option of not taking them up on the offer. Lovefilm were better after cancelling the one month free trial they sent an invite- three months for the price of one which I did take up.

I've only had dealings with Screenselect through a free trial. They evidently didn't want my custom as every DVD that they sent me was unplayable. Unplayable because they were either deeply scratched or actually cracked! Why on earth do they think that I would want to continue and PAY for their shoddy service? (

I was sent this off as well and was going to take it up in a free weeks trial when my deal with Love film came to an end

i found screen select pants too when i had my free trial, i definatly wouldn't pay for there service
