I think you can trust CCCS to give impartial advice about whether an IVA is a suitable option for you.
But I am confused about the Citibank debt. Is this a debt in your name? Is anyone helping you on this one? What stage is it at?0 -
Hi and welcome, please try not to worry to much you are doing the right thing.
I cant see council tax is it in there?
Why do you have to pay the childs bus fare? Does the LEA not pay?
There is nothing down for car running costs? Do you need a car?
Is your mortgage interest only? Does the house have any money ties up in it at all?
The phone bill is high, could you not go to talk talk or sky?
I shall pop bk later take care.Debt free and plan on staying that way!!!!0 -
And do you pay Council Tax? And other car expenses - road tax, insurance, maintenance? I suspect your situation is a little 'tighter' than your SoA would indicate!0

It was a morgage, my partner my ex and i split up, i moved in with my parents, i went to see a solicitor to get my name off the morgage they told me my ex had to prove he could pay it on his own, fast forward a few years and i found out the house had been repossed, so the 23 grand is the shortfall from the house, i had been paying money off it from 2003 onwards i missed a payement in sept and now they want to put the whole debt on my property, my ex doesnt have his own property so he escapes it, i know that we had a joint morgage so i am equally as responsible, but i didnt know it had been repossed till awhile later, it seems very unfair as ive really struggled to keep the house im in.GROCERY CHALLENGE FOR FEBRUARY £260.00
