War, Terrorism, Chemical Attack not covered in Travel Insurance

I'm looking for annual family travel insurance which includes medical, repatriation and possibly cancellation cover in the event of war, civil unrest, terrorism acts such as chemical/nuclear/biological weapons. Many policies include these events in their General Exclusions, so you're not covered for anything. Some will cover war and civil unrest but not biological etc weapons.
I'm not looking for the cheapest insurance available, but one which will actually cover me for all eventualities!
Has anyone out there found a policy which covers these kind of events? Or am I being paranoid?
