Hi,
I am looking for a one use debit or credit card to use on the Internet. I am buying from a site in USA and do not want to give my details out. They do not use Paypal. Can anyone help me out.
Many thanks...Gracust

I am really not too qualified to talk about money, so please feel free to correct me, but maybe something like splashplastic
This maybe better off asked in the credit card section of the forum0 -

Hi All,
If you have a cahoot account, they have a 'webcard' system that generates a card number for you, for one single transaction and you can even limit the maximum amount that can possibly be withdrawn on that transaction too!

What about paysafecard or Ukash which is a card you can get at your local PAYPOINT (Spar and the like), it costs nothing, you hand over the cash to the cashier and she gives you a receipt that you type into the website. You need to check that they accept it.0

Would not Western Union not work?GOOGLE it before you ask, you'll often save yourself a lot of time.

http://www.mycashplus.co.uk/ - pre paid Mastercard. You can top it up at the Post Office and other pay points (i think).0

I'm intrigued as to what it is you are buying that you don't want to give information out.
It can't be a physical purchase or you would have to give your address out to get it sent to you.
Must be electronic, membership perhaps??0 -

shudder......
Western Union is fine to send a few quid to your son who has lost all his money whilst trekking across the Congo, but to send to Mr Unknown in the US and A is as good as sending cash in a brown envelope.
You would have a nightmare trying to get it back if it went pear shaped.0 -

I agree with you 100%, but if they don't take paypal, you don't want to give them a CC, cash and bank draught are out of the question, and you want to give 'em a wedge that can't be easily traced to you....
Love to know what Gracust is buying that he does not want it on his Credit Card?
GOOGLE it before you ask, you'll often save yourself a lot of time.
