Has anyone ever used this company and if so did you experience any problems?
We have booked two vehicles for August and although we have had some kind of confirmation we have had to pay no deposit and we are told we have to pay on arrival either in Euros or Sterling (prices have been confirmed)
We are a bit worried as to whether this is a reputable company or not.

havent used this one but mallorcacar and another two I've used have this system of no deposit and paying in euro's when you arrive. I wouldn't let it worry you as they have always been there waiting even when our flight was very delayed. They just seem a bit more relaxed about it all than here!
hope you have a good holiday!0 -

Malaga Cars are a good company. I have used them before and it helps to be able to pay in UK pounds but the exchange rate may not be good. They are based on the approach to the airport and you will have no problems with this company. I use another company at the moment but may change as a company like Malaga Cars are based outside of the airport, so you are not stuck with all the other people queing to get their car from underneath the airport. They told me they have no excess now so that is very important in this region trust me!!
If you or anyone else are concerned about a Spanish company, a good start is to look at the telephone number. When in Malaga if it starts 0034-952 then that is a landline so they have an address and if they have nothing to hide they will show their address on a website or on correspondence. If it is only a mobile number starting 0034-6*** and has no landline number or address then be careful, because if you are a good reputable business, why not tell people where you live? Not a 100% system but a very good start for you.0
