A couple of posts have been removed from here and warnings forum lately. Firstly, the vent forum is primarily for venting frustrations and naming and shaming particular companies that you have had poor service from. More general topics would be better suited to discussion time.
In addition, there have been a few posts that have made assumptions between poor service and groups of people (enthic groups, race, social background etc). I would ask you not to do this please as generalisations are being made that are not true.
