Error Number 0x8000ccc0D in OE5

I wonder if anyone could explain to me in words of one syllable what I should do about the above error which occurs when I try to access my emails? The emails to the account held with the broadband supplier (Tiscali :o ) arrive OK, but the ones to other email address which have always imported no problem until now have suddenly started producing the above error code  I have tried checking settings, but I'm not sure what I'm looking for (consider me very dim!) and re-starting computer hasn't fixed the problem, either....
Any help gratefully received!

Looks like either the other email providers server properties have changed or your email properties have been changed. Go to the providers homepage and look for info on setting up email for OE and then chck your properties by opening OE> Tools> Accounts> Mail, select the account your having problems with and click properties button and check all details under the Generel and servers tabs.

Well, I'm not sure what that was all about - but everything is OK now, anyway! I tried to get onto the additional email address providers website to check settings etc, but that wasn't available, so I gave up until just now. Webpage now accessible, and email merrily arriving - would this be something to do with their servers (whatever they may be :o )?
So - false alarm, but very grateful to you for taking the time to help, solly!
